Pretty Miss Brownie lived a long life as a resident of the shelter, mainly residing in the Quiet Room.  She was usually a timid girl, but treasured time with one of the volunteers, Jack, who would sit with her on his lap.

In the end, she relied most on Maureen, Tracy, and Rindie, to treat her cancer, and give her her best possible life.
