Simon needs a new home

Simon is a super sweet, and cuddly 9 year old Balinese cat that we adopted nearly 6 years ago. He is not declawed, but does not scratch or bite. In fact, Simon is extremely gentle – even with our toddler – who is prone to chase him. He is litter trained, and uses his litter box 100% of time time.

Simon is very social, and always wants to be near the family whether we are eating dinner, reading books on the couch, or doing bath time for our young son. He is playful, and loves scooting pens, cat toys, balled up paper off the edge of a table. He also loves batting small balls around our wood floors.

Simon is currently on a raw food diet, which we commenced as he had previously had issues with throwing up many store bought foods. He has been on that diet for over 4 years without issue.

We adopted him before we got married, but now we have a 3 year old and another child on the way in August. We love Simon dearly, but feel like we are unable to devote the same time and attention to his care. We feel like it is unfair to Simon, and that he would benefit from a loving home where he could get the full attention that he deserved.

I am happy to talk about him, and answer any questions about his care.

Sincerely,

Paul Caughey
